Empowering Youth Across the Mediterranean

Project Activities

Explore how the Your Path project supports young people through creative workshops, one-to-one mentoring, and career coaching across Italy, Türkiye, Lebanon, and Tunisia.

Training of Trainers

The Training of Trainers within the Your Path project is a capacity-building program led by Sapienza University and designed to strengthen the facilitation, communication, and mentoring skills of trainers and youth workers. The modules of the Your Path program are implemented across three countries (Türkiye, Lebanon, Tunisia), offering practical tools and interactive methodologies that enhance teamwork, support effective mentoring, and improve the ability of trainers to lead youth development activities. Through this process, the project aims to equip a total of 120 youth workers and mentors with the competencies needed to guide and empower young people in their communities.

for YOUTH

National participatory workshops were organized in each partner country — Türkiye, Lebanon, and Tunisia — focusing on communication skills, CV writing, interview preparation, and teamwork. Using the Your Path toolkit and program, the partner organizations collectively delivered 23 workshops (72h each) designed to encourage creativity, peer learning, and active collaboration among young participants. In total, these workshops reached 360 beneficiaries, supporting their personal development and strengthening their readiness for future educational and professional opportunities.

Individual Mentoring

One-to-one mentoring sessions helped young participants set personal goals, increase self-awareness, and develop key employability skills.
Mentors provided tailored support and continuous guidance throughout each participant’s learning journey.

Career Coaching

Personalized career coaching sessions supported youth in designing realistic and achievable career plans.
Through practical exercises and guidance, participants learned how to align their skills with labor market opportunities and long-term aspirations.

Monitoring Missions

Field visits and progress meetings were conducted across partner countries to monitor project implementation, exchange good practices, and strengthen cooperation among teams.
These missions ensured quality control, coordination, and sustainability of project outcomes.
